Q: What does the cost include?

A: It depends on which package you choose. Cost
includes (within 30 miles of Armada) location, set up & take down, your
MEMORY, etc. If you choose to add additional accessories it will be an extra
$15.00 per accessory to your package cost. We have limited
quantities of our yard cards and suggest booking as soon as you can. Booking is
complete once our rental agreement is signed, and payment is received.  

Q: How do I know if my date is available?

A: Due to limited inventory we ask that you book
as soon as possible as we would love to schedule your occasion. We are here to
work with you to create a MEMORY THAT WILL LAST FOREVER. When you submit a
reservation request we will contact you within 24 hours to determine if your
date is available with the items you chose. If they are not available you may
choose a different day or chose other items in your package. We
will do our best to accommodate your yard MEMORY request.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept

• PayPal
• Venmo (+$2.00 extra charge)
• Cash must be received within 24 hours to secure Booking
• Checks must clear Bank to secure Booking

Q: What if it rains or snows?

A: We will still deliver your MEMORY, but in the
event of severe or unsafe weather we may not be able to set up your MEMORY. In
this case we will call you and ask if you would like a full refund or to choose
a different date and we can hold your deposit.

Q: What time do you deliver?

A: We deliver at 5:00pm on weekdays and as early as 7:00am on weekends. If you would like to choose your time please let us know and we can see if it’s possible.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We only service within 30 miles from Armada: Algonac, Almont, Anchor Bay, Armada Twp, Capac, Chesterfield, Clinton Twp, Columbus, Dryden, Emmett, Fraser, Goodells, Harrison Twp, Imlay City, Lakeville, Lake Orion, Leonard, Macomb Twp, Marine City, Marysville, Memphis, Metamora, New Baltimore, Oxford, Ray Twp, Richmond, Rochester, Romeo, Shelby Twp, Sterling Heights, St. Clair, Troy, Utica, Warren, Washington Twp, & Yale.
